Warranty Information
WARP Signs, a WARP Services, LLC warrants its vinyl signs to be free from defects, as follows:
1. If the vinyl of the sign structure fails, peals or discolors because of defects in workmanship or materials within 6 months after the date of installation of the sign installed by WARP Signs to the purchaser, WARP Signs will at its sole option either repair or replace the defective materials:
2 .If the Vinyl fails in color properly within 90 days after the Installation of the WARP Installed sign to purchaser, WARP will at its sole option either replace defective Letters or the Entire Sign.
3. Labor to remove and reinstall defective items is not included in this warranty, and will be at purchaser’s expense.
4. This warranty does not apply (i) if the purchaser installs or handle and or install the sign their self. (ii) The sign is damaged after the sign is shipped from the WARP Signs Printing facility to the purchaser, and/or (iii) the purchaser misuses the sign, such as by damage, breakage or physical harm.
5. OTHER THAN AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH ABOVE, WARP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE REGARDING THE SIGNS SOLD BY WARP; AND ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
